In this comprehensive curriculum developed at Mindful Schools, Oren Jay Sofer and Matthew Brensilver provide twenty five brief (twenty-to-thirty-minute) lessons that supply a framework for mindfulness instruction that can be expanded or condensed according to the needs of students.
