    In vergelijking met de andere boeken van Alice Hoffman is dit iets minder zweverig en ik persoonlijk vond dat fijn. Hoewel ik veel van haar andere boeken ook mooi vind.
    Dit is een ontzettend mooi magisch verhaal over twee zusjes met heksen krachten. Het is mooi geschreven en leest makkelijk weg.

    Af en toe is het wat lastig om de verhaallijn vast te houden omdat zijpaden ingeslagen worden. Ik vond dit zelf niet heel storend, maar kan me voorstellen dat andere lezers hier moeite mee hebben.
