Interessante holistische kijk op autoimmuun ziektes

Dit boek kreeg ik aanbevolen nav eigen ervaring met een autoimuun ziekte en geeft een goed en breed beeld op je autoimuun systeem en de invloed van is eten en omgeving. Het is wel af en toe een beetje 'wij van wc eend....' maar de ideeën erachter zijn de moeite van het lezen waard. Ze gaat wel qua dieet extreem ver waarvan je je kunt afvragen of je zo ver moet gaan. Ik kon in ieder geval een aantal zaken beter plaatsen.
