    Geweldig boek. Zelfhulpboeken zijn sowieso inspirerend om te lezen, maar vaak komt er in de praktijk weinig van. Dit boek is anders (ja echt, hoe cliche ook), je gaat al snel aan de slag en ieder klein stapje leer je waarderen. Je hoeft je leven niet in 1 keer te "unf*cken", juist niet!
