    This is an excellent book to read if you want to gain a better understanding of yoga and all it entails. Written in clear and engaging language, with humour and insight! Stephen Cope combines personal experience with an in-depth discussion of the various levels of yoga: mental, physical and spiritual. The treatment of yoga philosophy and practice is made refreshingly accessible to all.

    Stephen Cope is a psychotherapist and senior yoga teacher at the Kripalu Yoga centre in Massachusetts. He tells the tale of his own loss of direction at mid-life and his inner quest for his true self through Yoga.
