Samenvatting
This report synthesizes the results of a multi-country project investigating the effects of governmental research and development (R&D) support programs on the conduct and direction of business R&D. Most of the 12 studies focused on programs of direct government funding of business R&D, but a few examined public-private partnership programs and tax incentives. The studies were carried out in 2004 and 2005 under the auspices of the OECD's Working Party on Innovation and Technology Policy. The volume is not indexed.
