Auteur draait veel te veel rond de pot, kon veel duidelijker en bondiger. Er wordt vanalles verteld over de Navy Seals, maar het leiderschap dat vereist is om een elite soldaten in de juiste banen te leiden is helemaal niet vergelijkbaar met het leiderschap dat je moet aanwenden om werknemers te leiden... Er zijn weinig lessen die je kan toepassen op een zakelijke setting. Ik vind dat het boek niet voldoet en heb al veel betere boeken over leiderschap gelezen.
