Teveel gericht op grote, logge organisaties. Veel van de inhoud gaat over interactie met bestuur, aandeelhouders, bovenlagen van de organisatie.

Op sommige onderdelen te diep (hoe moet je brainstormen) terwijl andere onderdelen niet volledig worden uitgelicht.

Het boek bestaat voor de helft uit herhalingen of de opmerking dat dit behandeld wordt in hun eerdere boek, maar hier niet in staat.

Verder vindt ik het boek niet plezierig lezen. Klein/ naar lettertype, groot flubberig boek. Manier van schrijven spreekt mij in ieder geval totaal niet aan.

Ik ben nog aan het lezen, zal hem denk ik wel uitlezen, want er is nou eenmaal niet heel veel keus over dit onderwerp, maar het is echt een kwestie van de paar nuttige/ zinnige dingen er tussenuit vissen terwijl je je er doorheen werkt.
