Zoals de meeste rough guides is deze ook weer goed geschreven, bevat nuttige kaarten en handige informatie over restaurants naast de standaard (maar wel leuk geschreven) informatie over alle trouristische attracties. Ik heb voornamelijk het gedeelte Lissabon en omgeving (tot nu toe) gebruikt maar komend jaar ben ik van plan nog een keertje te gaan en dan zal de rest van deze rough guide zeker van pas komen! Het voorstuk over de geschiedenis van Portugal is ook interresant om te lezen!
