De pas op 29 juni 2015 uitgekomen dvd is een registratie van 2 concerten in New York op 12 en 13 in oktober 1982, ter promotie van het in juni 1982 uitgebrachte album "It's Hard" waarvan echter maar enkele nummers gespeeld worden, waaronder de titelsong en "Eminence Front". Die nummers zijn later nooit meer live gebracht. De concerten maakten deel uit van een afscheidstournee van The Who. Pas in 1989 kwam het tot een reünie zonder de toen van de band deeluitmakende en van de Small Faces (later Faces) afkomstige drummer Kenney Jones, die de in 1978 overleden Keith Moon opvolgde. Er staan in totaal 30 nummers op, waarvan het merendeel (25) is opgenomen tijdens de tweede dag. Bij de op de eerste dag opgenomen nummers prijken de overbekende hits "Substitute", "My Generation" en "I Can't Explain". Die nummers staan ook op de opname van de dag erna. The Who speelt ook covers van geheide klassiekers als "I Saw Her Standing There", "Summertime Blues" en "Twist and Shout". Verder mogen niet onvermeld blijven de all time hits "Pinball Wizard" en "See Me Feel Me". Op "The Quiet One" speelt Pete Townshend een van zijn beste gitaarsolo's ooit. The Who was toen op het toppunt van zijn kunnen en brengt een wervelende show waarin zowel klassiek als zelden uitgevoerd werk de revue passeert.
