    A really great book for everyone interested in leadership and its styles. This book covers all of them from path-goal theory to contingency approach and from transactional to authentic to transformational leadership. It also includes the approaches of traits, skills, situations and style. I especially liked the Path-Goal Theory, Ohio State grid, Leadership styles (delegating, supporting, coaching and directing) and the Transformational Leadership. I had this book for one of my master courses in Leadership. You can relate it to a lot of what happend in the military history (where leadership truly started), which makes the book really understandable. I would say this a must-have book for all managers and ones interested in leadership. This book has helped me a lot from what is expected from a leader and how subordinates do perceive the leader. The book is easy to read and very usefull in the rest of your life!
