Lekkere recepten, het een wat bewerkelijker dan de ander. Genoeg keuze dus. Fijn dat dit boek in tegenstelling tot andere vegan boeken niet alleen maar über gezond zijn, soms wil je ook wat lekkers snacken! Perfect als je houdt van de aziatische/indische keuken.
