    Het is een mooi stevig boek door de harde kaft. Wat betreft de inhoud.. ja dat moet je interesseren. Het is best wel theoretisch verhaal maar na een hoofdstuk te hebben gelezen, dan begrijp je dat wel. De samenvattingen per paragraaf zijn heel duidelijk.

    Work in the 21st Century is een zeer uitgebreid boek over de industrial en organisational psychology. De lezer moet rekening houden met een zeer Amerikaanse blik op de werksituaties die worden beschreven. Vooral op punten als discriminatie/gelijkheid/etc. komt dit naar voren.
