In the middle of the twentieth century, Pierre Desfontaines, cousin of Louis Ernest Laduree, created the first Laduree macaron by having the genius to stick two macaron cookies together and fill them with a flavorful ganache. Prachtig boek, maar is in tegenstelling de specificaties nìet franstalig, maar het is in het engels geschreven.
Het is exact hetzelfde boek als de andere vergelijkbare titel die hier bij Bol wordt aangeboden; deze is alleen van franse uitgever Chêne, de andere is van de engelse uitgever Scriptum Editions.
