- Praktisch
het boek bespreekt hoe alles aan een proces is onderworpen. Maar meer nog zul tijdens het lezen ervaren dat het zo is en het gaan zien in de hele wereld om je heen. na aanleiding van de tips ben ik een beetje beginne zaken te omschrijven in eenvoudige 3 tot 4 stappen procesjes. Van af dag 1 loopt alles beter en sparen we tijd. Als iets niet goed gaat moeten we het proces aanpakken of anders beschrijven. Fouten waren niet meer gemaakt. Alleen nog de processen verbeterd. Als schoorsteenvegers en haardenbouwers hebben we hier al enorm veel aan. Maar ook privé is het super toe te passen. Zeker een van de boeken die je moet hebben gelezen. Want je zult er altijd met voordeel op kunnen teruggrijpen.
