Erg leuk en goed leesbaar boek over het leven van drie zussen van het platteland die in de grote stad gaan wonen om daar hun dromen waar te maken.
Het is een spannend en mooi geschreven boek, je wilt graag weten hoe het met de meisjes verder gaat. Tegelijkertijd krijg je veel informatie over het leven in het hedendaagse China.
Je wordt echt meegenomen naar een andere wereld en ziet ook dat ondanks hele andere omstandigheden emoties overal ter wereld hetzelfde zijn.
