Veel chocoladeliefhebbers zweren erbij dat dit dé chocoladebijbel is, anderen maken er juist weer ophef over: kortom de meningen zijn verdeeld in chocoladeland. Persoonlijk zie ik dit zeer dikke en enorm zware boek als de ideale chocolade catalogus, waar ruim 4.000 producten van maar liefst 550 merken in beschreven staan. Schrijver en chocolatier George Bernardini runt inmiddels samen met zijn levenspartner Ramona Gustmann hun winkel 'Georgia Ramon'. - van waaruit er unieke repen met een even zo prachtige verpakking wereldwijd verspreid worden. Het boek staat verder boordevol foto's van honderden chocolade merken en is daarmee een lust voor het oog. Misschien dat dit exemplaar daarom wel bij zo'n beetje elke chocolatier, importeur, winkeleigenaar en chocolateer prominent op tafel ligt. Let er echter wel op dat dit boek op de meeste locaties zo goed als uitverkocht is!
