Elijah Epstein has recently finished his degree in journalism and is currently working at the local newspaper. He wishes he could say it was a job he got on merit, but in reality, his mother, the district attorney, called in a favor. Now he’s been assigned the story that could make or break his career. Robert Kilkenny doesn’t want anything complicated. That terrible event may be the catalyst that the two men need to take the step that they’re both yearning to take – toward each. But Robert is straight, and they both have a lot of baggage.
