Geschreven bij Chocolates & Confections

Dit is tot nu toe het beste boek dat ik op dit gebied heb gelezen, zowel de theorie als de praktijk zijn van een professioneel niveau, zonder dat de amateur zich verloren hoeft te voelen.
De recepten zijn modern en uitdagend, maar voor de thuiskok haalbaar.

Een aanrader dus.
