    Michael Bungay Stanier slaagt laat op overtuigende wijze zien waarom coaching een betere gewoonte is voor leiders dan de gewoonte om (te snel en te vaak) advies te geven. Hij brengt zijn boodschap nuchter, met humor en veel praktische tips!
