Don Norman
Don Norman, auteur van de boeken Emotional Design en Design of Everyday Things, is de directeur van de Design Lab aan de universiteit van California, San Diego. Ook is hij medeoprichter van de Nielsen Norman Group, lid van de National Academy of Engeneering, IDEO fellow en voormalig vicepresident van Apple.
