Instead, he went to the University of Nairobi, Kenya, finishing at the top of the graduating class with honors. He then won an award to visit 14 cities in Europe. His BA in English and Writing was completed in a record 18 months. After attending the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA, he obtained a Masters degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University, in Ames, Iowa, USA. He is a published writer, renowned singer/songwriter, musician, guitarist extraordinaire who has been nicknamed one of the greatest guitarists of the modern era... guitar virtuoso."
