These three geopolitical players play an essential role in the stability of the Black and Caspian Seas, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, determining the overall peace and prosperity in this common security complex. These regions are also characterized by fast-changing dynamics of political and social change within a sphere of geostrategic competition.
