Throughout my life I have been goal orientated and always on the go, always looking for the next level, never felt settled and comfortable, always setting the next goal as soon as the current one nears completion, pushing myself all the time, so with this I felt myself under pressure most of the time and with that comes stress and the complaints of never having enough time. I was like burning the candles on both ends, and come to reality that this was life entailed. This has resulted in me writing this book. I discovered that regular floating made me a healthier and happier person, I said goodbye to a stressful lifestyle, under exercising and reinforced my body's capacity for happier thoughts, healing, good sleep, stimulating and sharpening my mind.
