Uitstekend boek ! Maar vreemd genoeg ontbreken een bibliografie en INDEX ! Terwijl dit wel in het colofon op blz.4 vermeld staat dat het deze zou bevatten. Raar. Zowat alle Engelse non-fictie boeken hebben een zeer uitgebreide index. En dit verhoogt de bruikbaarheid van een boek aanzienlijk. Gericht zoeken naar een gebeurtenis of persoon (!) is nu zeer moeilijk en zogoed als onmogelijk.
