  • Giving innovation some ‘grip’

    This book is excellent in giving innovation some ‘grip’. Van Wulfen describes a very practical method to organize the process of creating new products and services. A process every organization needs structurally, but is too often not implemented as well as it should. And along the way valuable experiences of other companies are presented, as well as relevant insights gained by research. Some of which I will probably never forget, such as the need for friction, the lesson ‘fail fast, or scale fast’, and the fact that on average only one out of seven ideas becomes successful. Recommended!
