Het lijkt in de verste verte niet op de nieuwe film, van Cruella! Maar je komt super veel over haar te weten, de kleinste details tot aan de laatste scene van 101 Dalmatiërs… Het is wel geschreven in de ‘ik vorm’ dus het lijkt alsof Cruella het verhaal verteld aan jou, dat was wel eventjes wennen. Het is een stand alone boek, staat los van Serena Valentino haar serie, ookal gaat het over een Villain. Komt omdat er deze er deze keer geen 3 odd sisters in zitten. Boek 8 is terug een serie boek, maar deze niet! Zeker een aanrader.
