Moet zelf iets doen om fout Bol te herstellen
Dit boek koop je voor de mooie foto's. Je wilt dus een mooi, gaaf " coffeetablebook". Bol verpakt het zodat het schuift in de doos; gevolg: boek komt beschadigd aan. Als ik een gaaf artikel wil, moet ik zelf in actie komen om de fout van Bol te herstellen: terugsturen, wachten op geld en opnieuw bestellen. Slecht.
