I have bought several books abot , about 3dsMax in the last 15 years, but this one is really the best ever. It is very good structured, builds nicely up from the beginning and has an extensive index. Many transparant tutorials explain the chapters. This author has the gift to explain clearly and yet has great knowledge and his love for the software shines through the text. The book has a very nice layout. Worth every penny.
