Zelden zo'n goed boek gelezen over duurzaam veranderen/transformeren en over echt resultaatgericht werken.
Mark Samuel maak met veel praktische voorbeelden duidelijk hoe je de enorme complexiteit van menselijk gedrag duurzaam veranderen (als het echt nodig is) eenvoudig kunt maken. Zijn 'B State aanpak' is naast extreem resultaatgericht (Topsport) volledig gericht op de menselijke maat. En-En!
Nast het veranderen van individueel gedrag, is zijn methode/systematiek op gericht op teams, tussen teams en organisaties. Zeer bruikbaar, energie gevend en heerlijk om te lezen.Vond je dit een nuttige review?00 -
