Samenvatting

Budget cuts and part privatisation of the police force have led to security being under the rule of an algorithm called Quex. Nothing is what it seems. Increasingly struggling to keep a grip on his sanity, Tekka discovers a mystery of his own, and is in a race to solve it before he too becomes one of the 'disappeared'. Russian dolls, hidden rivers, drones and dragons, a hallucinatory mix that sets London on fire.
