Adam Kahane beschrijft zijn visie en aanpak bij groepen mensen die het onderling oneens zijn en toch moeten samenwerken. De situaties en ervaringen die hij schetst zijn groots van omvang, veel groter en alomvattender dan de meeste (of zelfs alle) lezers zullen ervaren. Daarom echter niet minder toepasbaar. Het zijn een aantal interessante benaderingen, die mij in elk geval hebben geholpen, om in projecten samen op te trekken en te werken richting een nader te bepalen richting en oplossing. Aanrader!
