Dit is het 2e boek (1e was de tools) van Phil en Barry en mijn favoriete boek ooit. Ik kan niet uitdrukken hoe ontzettend de tools mijn leven veranderd hebben. Ze maken onderdeel uit van mijn coaching technieken en ze werken als een trein. Als je wilt leren hoe je stopt met je zelfsabotage en hoe je ten volste gaat leven: koop dit boek. Doe wat er in staat en je zult veel gelukkiger en met meer zelfvertrouwen en dankbaarheid door het leven gaan.
