Van Dunkleosteus heeft men ondertussen wat meer fossielen gevonden, met als resultaat dat we weten dat hij wat ronder van vorm was dan hier afgebeeld, en sommige afbeeldingen zijn wat ouderwets van stijl, maar over het algemeen, best een goed boek.
