De boeken van Maggie Furey zijn altijd spannend en met onverwachte wendingen. Geen 'standaard' fantasy en met een gelijkwaardige rol voor mannen en vrouwen. De personages zijn niet altijd puur 'goed' of 'slecht' maar hebben zo hun eigen achtergronden en motivaties waardoor je je goed kunt inleven. Dit 2e deel is niet verkrijgbaar in het Nederlands, maar is in het Engels ook prima te lezen. Aanrader!
