Op de site staat dat het boek als hard cover geleverd wordt voor 18,99. Ik heb dit boek besteld. Ik kreeg een paperback. Terug gestuurd en opnieuw besteld. Kreeg weer de paperback. Heb daarna gebeld. Opnieuw besteld. Tot 5 keer de paperback gekregen. Heb dit maar gehouden. Ze zouden de site aanpassen, maar ik zie nu dat dat niet gebeurd is. Dus je krijgt geen hard cover, maar een paperback.
