Whole-bean specialty coffee from Guatemala roasted by Johan & Nyström roastery from Sweden . Light roast , perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press and other pour-over brewing methods.

You can expect all the qualities of coffee from Guatemala: crispy, caramel-like flavours with a hint of green grapes and red apples.

This coffee is a beloved addition to our assortment each year. It is also part of the launch of our Farmers Series!

The Santa Isabel farm was acquired by the Valdes family in 1875. Today, Wicho is responaible for the entire farming operation. We have roasted the coffee with a short and aggresive roast profile to highlight the elegant and caramelly sweetness in the best way.

Exceptional coffee starts at the origin. This is a tribute to the skilled and dedicated producers which we have a close relationship with. For this series, we purchase limited quantities of specific lots that really stand out when we taste them. It is with a lot of pride we highlight our producers and their incredible craftmanship through coffees in the Farmer series.
