This manual is the result of an exhaustive work of documentation and reflection in the field of resilience, born from the formative experience accumulated by the authors over the last few years. The texts gathered here are also endorsed by all those people who at some point have been part of ADDIMA and who have tried to make the theory «a path towards the possible».
