Gene Simmons wordt wel eens met de nek aangekeken omwille van zijn zakelijke ingesteldheid. Alsof zelfverklaarde rijken al hun credibiliteit als artiest zouden verliezen. Toegegeven, Simmons is een pocher en allesbehalve het archetype van een rockster, maar hij staat ergens voor en dat bewijst hij maar weer eens met dit leuke boekje. Hij bewijst ook dat zijn ideeën (alhoewel niet nieuw) net zo waardevol zijn als die van om het even welke managementgoeroe. Het is altijd weer genieten van deze man zijn boute uitspraken, maar lees 'Me Inc.' enkel als je het Engels machtig bent en tegen een mentaal stootje kan.
