Dit boek is het meest uitgebreide handboek voor investeerders en beginners die meer willen weten over de nieuwe agrarische revolutie die momenteel gaande is en die op het punt staat veel interessanter te worden, dankzij nieuwe en opwindende bedrijven die opkomen op het gebied van celkweekvlees. Dit boek is grondig onderzocht en met passie, overtuiging en autoriteit geschreven. Het is een must om te lezen voor een inzicht in een toekomst waarin de doelstellingen van bescherming van het milieu, het bevorderen van het welzijn van mens en dier en het genereren van financieel rendement volledig op één lijn liggen.
