    Reading this book makes you understand what the exact difference is between men and women at the workplace. Perfect guide book that will help women understand what it is that they do that gets in the way of getting promoted, ahead or simple being successful at what they do. For years I never had a clue. Gives you good examples to practice with and supports you in overcoming the obstacles you face everyday at the office. A true recommendation to any woman who takes her job seriously!

    This is an ok-ok book. Even though the 101 mistakes quoted were globally valid, the tips doesn't come handy that much. What I take from this book? Recognizing the common mistakes women tend to make at work place. What I can do with it? When you know the root cause you can find solution for it; in that way, based on the cultural context the solution to each mistake can be derived based on self evaluation and on the basis of cultural background.
