Dit boek over property asset management blijft erg abstract, hierdoor is het ontoegankelijk voor de beginner en te basaal voor de gevorderde lezer. Daarnaast beslaat het grootste deel van het boek Britse wetgeving op het gebied van property asset management. Niet echt relevant voor de Nederlandse lezer.
Tot slot is dit boek ook slecht geschreven. Doordat in de hoofdstukken de verschillende onderwerpen door elkaar behandeld worden is het vaak onduidelijk wat de schrijft probeert over te brengen. Helaas kan ik niets positiefs zeggen over dit boek.
