Recorded for FM radio broadcast at the Hollywood Bowl on 23rd August 1968, this is a stunning live DOUBLE-LP featuring the legendary duo of Simon & Garfunkel. Included are renditions of a.o. 'Mrs. Robinson', 'Homeward Bound', 'Cloudy', 'America', 'I Am A Rock', 'Scarborough Fair', 'The Sound Of Silence', 'Richard Cory' and many more well known songs.

This 1968 Hollywood Bowl concert was unofficially released in 2017 under the title of 'Homeward Bound'. That release omitted all of Paul & Art's chat between songs and had short gaps between the songs. This release includes all the chat, but bizarrely omits the song 'April Come She Will' despite including most of the lengthy introduction.

The sound quality is very good and the performances are obviously excellent. A worthwhile addition to the official live albums and to the unofficial 'Tripping Down The Alleyways', but still not perfect.
