Ik heb dit boek gelezen nadat ik de film had gezien maar ik kan iedereen aanraden het boek eerst te lezen. Het is een heel toegankelijk boek, leuk geschreven. De tekst is afwisselend in e-mails en in normale tekst. De thema’s die in het boek aan bod komen zijn voor bijna iedereen herkenbaar en in leeefbaar. Zeker ook een tranen trekker!

Het is een geweldig coming of age boek met een homoseksueel hoofdpersoon. Grappig en meeslepend. En het bonus materiaal is goud waard!
