Pragmatisch boek dat op een hele congruente manier toegankelijk maakt hoe we kunnen functioneren in een complexe wereld. Basis theorie is het Cynefin framework van Dave Snowden.(zie link naar YouTube). Wat het boek toevoegt zijn manieren om in de praktijk met deze kennis om te gaan aan de hand van een paar eenvoudige gewoontes.
