Dr.Tijs Besieux is research fellow aan de KU Leuven. Hij studeerde organisatiepsychologie aan de KU Leuven en doctoreerde omtrent leiderschap, team dynamiek, en prestatie in de financiële sector. Tijs is managing director van het Leuven Center for Collaborative Management en doceert aan de IÉSEG School of Management en Schouten & Nelissen University. Hij verdiepte zijn interesse in de werking van organisaties aan de hand van executive degrees in business economics (Antwerp Mangement School) en bemiddeling (Harvard University). Tijs treedt op als wetenschappelijk adviseur voor verschillende internationale organisaties, met een bijzondere focus op transformatietrajecten in de financiële sector.
