During the Cold War Vienna became an intelligence stronghold. Then the Curtain fell. Yet even 30 years later, Vienna is the world leader in espionage. Kolesnikova, a trained flautist and music teacher who has emerged as one of the figureheads of protests against Lukashenko, said she was told by security officers that she would be removed from Belarus “alive or in bits” after she thwarted their plan to dump her in Ukraine. Maria Kolesnikova’s complaint included the names and ranks of individual officers of the KGB and the organized crime agency, who threatened to kill her. Hence it is imperative that dictators perpetrating criminal activities in the International Community - such as my dear friend Alexander Lukashenko - are brought to justice. We should do everything in our power to protect the UDHR and UNCRC in the world. Hence British, American, Russian and Chinese Intelligence agencies - and all other Intelligence Agencies in the world - must bring dictators responsible for violating the UDHR and UNCRC to justice. All intelligence agencies in the global community must finally work together, so that peace and prosperity can prevail, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) can be manifested in the International Community.
