Cacao is full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, making it the perfect food for body, mind and spirit; acts as a natural antidepressant by releasing endorphins and is significantly reducing stress. Cocoa is rich in theobromine, flavonoids, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, omega-6, B/A/D vitamins, which is why it is called the drink of the Gods. It is causing a blissful mood and a sense of joy. Whether we consume cocoa during ceremonies, meditation, brainstorming, or in the process of creation, cocoa allows us to unlock our full potential and connect with the inner part of ourself.
Amelonado is characterized by sweet and fruity taste, excellent aroma and is one of the favorite variety among those who consume cocoa during ceremonies.
SERVINGS: A ceremonial serving is 42 grams and a meditation serving is 28 grams (can be used once/twice a week). Cocoa can be consumed daily in a dose of about 7 grams.
AMELONADO: Our ceremonial cocoa is produced in Sierra Leone from the high-quality cocoa beans. The plant is cultivated with care for the natural environment, in the traditional way with the Mende method by conscious farmers. This organic approach aims to preserve biodiversity and natural resources of Sierra Leone.
HOW TO PREPARE CEREMONIAL CACAO?
1. Gently warm your water or plant-based milk in a pan.
2. Add the cacao paste.
3. As it melts mix in well. You can blitz in with a hand blender for a creamier, frothier drink.
4. Serve in your favourite ceremonial cup and sweeten to taste.
