Omdat ik lang geleden cursussen heb gevolgd, heb ik dit boek gekocht om mijn geheugen op te frissen. Het is overzichtelijk, praktisch en is geschreven door Chia, de oorspronkelijke beoefenaar. Daardoor kunnen er geen zogenaamde "verbeteringen" in staan maar gewoon zoals hij het bedoelt. Het boek gaat over 6 helende geluiden die je zittend kunt doen, de geluiden passen bij je organen. Ik vind het erg ontspannend.
