Ik ben een groot fan van Dara O Briain en zijn humor komt ook terug in dit boek. Als Nederlander is het iets minder interessant als je de geschiedenis leest van de steden (en dorpen) die Dara aandoet tijdens zijn tournee. Tenzij je net als hem (en ik ook een beetje) gefascineerd bent door de Engelsen, wellicht dat het dan wel een leuke aanvulling is op de geinige anekdotes die Dara ernaast vertelt over zijn ervaringen in het theater. Het is een goed geschreven boek, grappig, informatief en interessant. Wel wat minder sterretjes (in de beoordeling) van mij, omdat de lokale geschiedenis van sommige dorpen en streken me niet genoeg boeiden.
